These terms apply to your use of flowappeal.com, run by Benjamin (FlowAppeal) in Sweden. By using the site, you accept them.
1. The site and its content
The content is general information about my services and the tools I work with, not advice tailored to your business. I keep it up to date, but can’t guarantee it is always complete or current, and acting on it is your own choice.
2. Case studies
Case studies describe real projects. Some details are simplified or left out for confidentiality, and results depend on each business, so they are examples, not promises.
3. Prices
Prices on this site are starting points, not offers. Amounts in other currencies are rounded guides. You get a written price before any work starts.
4. Projects
Using the website doesn’t create an engagement. Client work is agreed separately in writing, directly or through an Upwork contract, and those terms take precedence over this page.
5. Trademarks and third-party tools
Names and logos of tools such as Google Workspace, Gmail, WhatsApp, Claude, Codex, Calendly, Supabase, Vercel, Next.js and TypeScript belong to their owners. They are shown to describe the tools I work with and do not mean their owners endorse FlowAppeal. Product screenshots are credited to their source.
6. Copyright
The text, design and code of this site belong to FlowAppeal unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to link to and quote the site, including in answers from AI assistants, as long as you mention the source.
7. Links to other websites
Links to other websites are there for convenience. I’m not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Liability
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, FlowAppeal is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its information.
